Accommodations
Certain trips will be based from our wilderness lodge. For fishing charters and spring turkey hunts, we will be glad to pick you up and return you to any other lodging facility in the area. Check with us for recommendations on area lodging.
Reservations
A 50% deposit is required to bind your reservation with the balance being due in cash or certified check prior to departure. Sorry, we are not accepting credit cards at this time.
Upon receipt of your deposit, you will be sent by mail or email: travel directions, medical information and liability release forms, and a necessities list to help you prepare for your adventure.
Cancellations
Your deposit will be refunded in full up to 30 days prior to departure date. No refunds will be issued after that time. A full refund will be made if circumstances beyond our control force us to cancel an outing.
Liability
Although Kittler Creek Outfitters spares no effort or expense to assure you a safe trip, it must be understood that there are inherent dangers in any outdoor excursion and some factors are beyond our control. For this reason, Kittler Creek Outfitters assumes no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal property and every participant is required to sign a liability release form prior to departure. Kittler Creek Outfitters reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips in occasions of extreme conditions.
